ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) held the 2021 Family Open Day on the morning of October 5, during the National Day, in order to thank all employees for their dedication and companionship and their families for their understanding and support.

      The activity started at 8:00 in the morning. The first stop for the staff was to leave their signatures on the wall at the entrance. Some people took the initiative to get the national flag and love stickers at the workbench, and stuck them on their foreheads and chests - Love for the country and the Party is always our strongest feeling. They strolled along the main road decorated with national flags and lanterns. The staff introduced the company to their families excitedly with joy on their faces. Besides, there were Brown Bear and Little Yellow Duck who welcomed and guided the guests at the entrance as the symbols of the company. Everyone felt it novel and lovely, especially the children, who were happy to take photos and play and were given colorful balloons and dolls.

    When coming to the main venue, Nie Xiaojing, in charge of Human Resources Department, gave a introduction to the activities in detail, and extended a warm welcome to all the staff and families on the spot. The General Manager Chen Aiguo gave a welcome speech to welcome all their families to visit the company. He said, “The support from the family is the strong backing for our staff to do well in all the work. Please take part in following activities actively. And I hope that we can continue to win the support and help from our staff family in the future!” Then their families visited the work area in order accompanied by the volunteers, and had an intuitive and deep understanding of the staff working environment and work contents. The children stood in front of the machine tool and goggled at each “Hulk” with admiration. After the visit, their families came to the food area, enjoyed delicious desserts and fresh fruits, and had a short rest in the rest area.

       And then it was the game time, which everyone was looking forward to. Before starting, the atmosphere at the scene was great. Each game was full of fun. The funny body movements of the game players often caused people to burst into laughter. The scene was full of joy and happiness. Winners and participants of the game all got prizes and gifts prepared by the company.

       In the special section of the activity - “I Want to Tell You”, three employee representatives read out their gratitude to their families in front of everyone. Their families were touched by the simple but sincere words. Only on this happy and warm occasion can this heartfelt words be made.
