From September 22 to 24, 2021, the internal audit of the quality management system was conducted for 3 days authorized by the general manager and organized by the management representative, according to the company's quality work plan. Two groups was divided to respectively conduct centralized audit on the company's management, departments and workshops through the process approach, which covers all requirements of IATF16949 involved in the company's quality management system, and all processes, departments, products and shifts of the quality management system. At the same time, the environmental system and safety standardization audit work is also carried out.

        Vice General Manager Dai Hongxing, the management representative, stressed at the first meeting that all departments should attach great importance to this internal audit, actively cooperate and strengthen communication to ensure carrying out the internal audit smoothly. The internal auditors should find out the problems existing in the system operation and conscientiously make analysis and summary responsibly.

        During the audit process, the auditors conducted a comprehensive, serious and meticulous audit on each department of the company by consulting documents and records, asking questions and talking, observing and inspecting the work site, etc. They found not only the bright spots in the system construction and operation of the audited department, but also the weak links in the system operation, and then they timely communicated with the audited department on the problems found. Five NCRs were issued in this audit, all of which are general NCRs. The result shows that the conformity and suitability of IATF16949 quality system standard operation are effective and the effectiveness needs to be improved.

        At the last meeting, Vice General Manager Dai summarized the internal audit work and emphasized that the internal audit is a self-inspection of recent work and system operation. All departments should strengthen the understanding and implementation of the requirements of quality system documents, and correct the problems found in time. At the same time, auditors should constantly learn the auditing process and methods and improve their skills.

        General Manager Chen Aiguo finally stressed that it is necessary to learn the lesson with regard to the rectification of NCRs in internal audit and constantly improve the implementation of the system, so that products can run healthily under the control of the system. At the same time, he required that all departments should integrate the requirements of the system into their daily work, and review them monthly combinated with their department work from now on to ensure the effective operation of the system.
