On October 10, 2021, Yangzhou Land Management Consulting Co., Ltd. quality management expert teacher Xiong walked into ASIMCO camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., bringing us the first one-day quality management topic "Product Quality Advance Planning (APQP)" training and learning
    HR leader Ni Xiaojing introduced the main situation of this training, and for this training speech, I hope you will learn to apply to practice, improve the current stage of the company's product development process. This training has a total of 30 technical and quality personnel to participate in the training, before the start of the course, for all participants ice-breaking, divided into 5 groups, under the leadership of the group leaders, each group created a group name and group slogan that teaches fun, helps with training, and increases morale.
  In class, Teacher Xiong explained in detail through six contents:
   1, quality design overview;
  2, project planning and preparation;
  3, process design and development;
  4, product and process confirmation;
  5, feedback, assessment and corrective actions;
6, control plan methodology.
    Combined with the company's current new product development process design, to the company's current situation case explanation, let everyone more in-depth understanding, and let everyone brainstorm, actively discuss and share, the whole process to take the points system, mobilize everyone's enthusiasm. During the discussion session, the students interacted with the teacher.
At 4 p.m., the day's APQP learning was successfully concluded, Teacher Xiong not only taught a lot of knowledge points, but also arranged after-school homework to help everyone consolidate knowledge, learning to land, while requiring senior leaders to lead students to comb the company's new product development process, combined with the teacher on-site teaching course content to improve.
