In order to promote all round quality management and improve the problem-solving ability of engineering, technical and quality personnel,  Asimco Camshaft commissioned Yangzhou Lande Management Consulting Company to launch a 24-period special training program on Quality Management from October to November, 2021.
    This special training is divided into three topics: Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design of Experiment (DOE) and Quality Problem Analysis and Solution (8D).
    In class, quality management expert Xiong Dingwei adopted the combination methods of theoretical study in class and case teaching on the spot. Through systematic theoretical study, targeted class discussion and interactive teaching, everyone has a clearer and more specific understanding of quality management methods. The expert combined with the actual cases of quality improvement projects currently, helping everyone understand the relationship of the application of tools, ideas and daily quality management in a simple way.
    With the joint efforts of everybody, all the trainees successfully completed the learning task. After the course, a 
graduation ceremony was held. Based on the students' scores and comprehensive performance, the outstanding trainees and the best group were selected and awarded prizes. Du Wenwen, the quality director, summed up the training course and shared his feelings and experiences. He hoped that everyone could flexibly apply the knowledge they have learned to all the quality management activities of the company in the future, shore up the weak links and carry out quality improvement in every job, so as to promote the product quality and quality management of the companyl.
     Although the training is short, learning never stops. The trainees are expected to apply and improve the knowledge they have learned. With communication and sharing ideas with each other, they not only gains knowledge, but also gains the happiness of learning and growing together!
