In order to improve the ability of employees and speed up the construction of high-skilled talents in enterprises, the opening ceremony of the new apprenticeship system of Asimco Camshaft was held in Conference Room 205 on November 26th, 2021, attended by over 50 company tutors and student representatives. Zhou Zhihong, vice president of Yizheng Technician College, Ji Youqun, deputy general manager of production department of Asimco Camshaft and other relevant leaders attended the opening ceremony.
    The new enterprise apprenticeship system is a reform and innovation measure of enterprise training based on the integration of work and study. It makes full use of modern technical means such as “Internet plus” to enhance employees' professional knowledge and innovation ability, which is of great significance to the upgrading and transformation of the company's employment, the optimization of the training mechanism of high-skilled talents and the improvement of employees' comprehensive ability.
    At the opening ceremony, Vice President Zhou Zhihong gave a detailed introduction to the training content, training mode, training time and specialty (type of work) of the new apprenticeship training in enterprises, with taking this training as an opportunity for deep cooperation and cultivate more knowledgeable and innovative high-skilled talents for enterprises. Qian Jun, Human Resources Director of our company, representatives of tutors and apprentices also made speeches one after another. Nie Xiaojing, head of human resources department, provided letters of appointment to the class teacher and tutors. Representatives of tutors and apprentices held the signing ceremony of mentoring on site.
    After the ceremony, Mr. Ge of the college brought the first class “Craftsman's Spirit” to the students. Through the video teaching of model workers, the students learned about the “Craftsman's Spirit” of our country.
