From November 30, 2021 to December 4, 2021, the audit team of TUV NORD Co., Ltd. supervised and audited the operation of IATF16949 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental System of our company in 2021 for 4 days. The audit team conducted a detailed and in-depth inspection of the company's management and functi onal departments by communication, observation and inspection records, and obtained objective evidence of the company's quality and environmental system operation.
    On the morning of November 30th, Chen Aiguo, the general manager of the company, Dai Hongxing, the management representative, Ji Youqun, the deputy general manager, the heads of various departments and other relevant personnel attended the first audit meeting. At the meeting, Mr. Chen emphasized the importance of external audit, and hoped that all departments and related personnel would take notes in the audit process and make improvement and promotion in the next year.
    During the process, the audit team carried out the work by on-site inspection, questioning and talking, random sampling, data collection, consulting materials and so on. They audited the operation effects of the two systems of the company, and comprehensively and meticulously verified the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system documents.
    After fully communicating with the audit team, the last meeting was held. The audit teacher elaborated on the result of the audit and the problems found, and put forward some constructive and feasible suggestions for improvement. At the same time, it highly praised the company's management of each process in production and operation, its deep understanding of standards and requirements, the orderly operation of all work under the system specifications and the achievement of operational objectives. In this audit, no serious non-conformities terms were found during the operation of the system, but three general non-conformities terms were found. Audit opinion: the conformity and suitability of the operation of the two major system standards are effective.
At the last meeting, Mr. Chen made a comprehensive summary of the external audit of the system. He proposed that every audit should be regarded as a promotion and reflection on the management and operation of the company, and the weak links and non-conformities terms found in the operation of the system should be carefully corrected and put into place, not just for the purpose of passing the audit, but to improve the implementation of the system and continuously improve the management level and comprehensive strength of the company.
