At present, the commercial vehicle market, especially the heavy truck market, has declined sharply, and the business situation of enterprises is severe.         As the pace of opening up the market becomes more and more urgent, the trend and challenge of the transition to high-precision and intelligence are increasing day by day. We need to cultivate efficient and cooperative team spirit, build consensus among teams, improve work efficiency and quickly respond to customers' needs. In March 2022, a series of video training on the management topic was organized by Human Resources Department. The backbone of technology, equipment, production and other departments, as well as the recruits in recent two years, participated in the training.
        The content of this video training is divided into four series: How to Build a High Performance Team, Effective Communication, Enterprise Change and Culture, and 11 Misunderstandings of China's Management. The shared courses are closely related to our work practice, which are easy to remember and conducive to action with cases, methods and ideas. They incorporate basic theory into daily work, are close to the reality situation of enterprises, thus arousing the resonance of everyone and gaining obvious effects. In the first stage, the training was kicked off with the topic "How to Build a High-Performance Team". After several courses, everyone deeply felt that the development of an enterprise could not be separated from a high-performance team. Only by giving full play to the team spirit can we be invincible. 
        While carrying out management training, the production and workshop did not take it for granted. Instead, they carried out the training for front-line multi-skilled workers and other positions, strengthened the staff's business skills, improved work efficiency and realized self-improvement.
