According to the deployment of the digital transformation and upgrading project of ASIMCO Group, the new ERP project of ASIMCO Camshaft Company was launched on May 20th as scheduled after the expense controlling system was officially launched on April 29th this year. General Manager Chen Aiguo, project leader Ren Wenyuan, relevant personnel and project team of TSnT Company attended the meeting together. The launching of this project accelerates the digital transformation and promotes the high-quality development of the company.

        The new ERP system is not a simple software system upgrade, but a reorganization and optimization of the existing processes. The project team plans to complete the official launch of ERP in about 4 months. During this period, we will focus on six aspects: basic data, sales management, production management, purchasing management, warehousing management and financial management, and do detailed research and process planning. Through IT technical support, the data interconnection between the new ERP system and OA system, expense controlling system, fund system, financial sharing system, PLM system, MES system and others will be realized, so as to achieve the goals of refined management data, standardized business processes, high efficiency and standardized management.

        TSnT Company also made a detailed introduction from the development of our company to the characteristics of the software and then to the service mechanism, so that everyone can know their sound service system and the mutual efforts to ensure the normal operation of ERP system. Before the kick-off meeting, TSnT Company conducted a preliminary investigation with the relevant person in charge of each module of our company, and reached a consensus and the final goal from all levels.
