In order to improve the production management level of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. and link up with the cutting-edge production management concept, TPM propulsion room organized the production management personnel to visit and study in JACK SEWING MACHINE Co., Ltd. from June 24 to June 26, 2022. 
Jack is a global enterprise with the largest production and sales scale and the strongest comprehensive strength in the sewing equipment industry in the world. It is also a complete set of solutions service provider for intelligent clothing manufacturing, including textiles storage, intelligent cloth inspection, intelligent cutting, hanging sewing, back sorting and finished product storage, as well as MES, WMS, APS and other software and hardware. Products benefit more than 150 countries and regions all over the world, and serve many fields such as clothing, shoes, bags, furniture, leather, automobiles, aviation and other fields, and its production and sales volume ranks first in the world for five consecutive years.
        On the afternoon of June 24, the team visited the sewing machine shell automation production line of Smart Factory, which was newly invested by Jack with 5.6 billion yuan and built by digital twin technology, and learned about the functions of site setting, marking and intelligence in an automated production line from design to layout to completion and commissioning, from equipment layout, to overall design and implementation of processing scheme, real-time monitoring of machine tools and feedback adjustment of measured data, centralized collection and post-processing of equipment oil mist, maintenance of automated equipment, planning of overall working environment and other aspects. During the visit, the team learned the information interconnection and integration among key technical equipment such as intelligent sensing and control equipment, intelligent detection and assembly equipment, intelligent logistics and warehousing equipment, as well as the production process data acquisition and analysis system, and the specific experience of implementing automatic uploading of production site data such as production schedule, field operation, quality inspection, equipment status, material transmission and realizing visual management of MES system.
        On the June 25, under the guide of Chen Huagui, vice president of Jack Sewing Machine Group, the team visited the headquarters of Jack Company. Chen introduced the company’s growth history, cultural concept and development vision. He said that stable product quality, more sustainable profit direction, multiple batches and quick total delivery of product solutions are the goals of manufacturing enterprises, and intelligent manufacturing with lean management, digital operation and automatic execution is an effective way to achieve the above goals. At the same time, the visiting team walked into the headquarters factory, visited and studied lean logistics and intelligent manufacturing in the workshop deeply, and felt the charm of the super factory.
        During the visit to the supplier’s factory, Chen Huagui, vice president of Jack, also explained the concept and practice of low-cost automation of factory equipment, and dispelled the details and thoughts in production line design. Afterwards, the two sides also had on-site discussions on supplier management, automatic programming, staffing of flexible production lines, extreme low-cost competition and other issues.
         At the end of the trip, the two sides exchanged views on lean manufacturing and company development strategy under the new energy environment, and reached a certain consensus on personnel training and intelligent equipment cooperation, which laid a foundation for close cooperation and common development in the future.

Through visiting and studying, the members of the visiting team broadened their horizons, and viewed that they should constantly change and innovate the development concept of production management in the future work, carefully identify the gap with the standard, and contribute to the realization of intelligent manufacturing in ASIMCO Camshaft.
