On August 22nd, Sun Guohua, the leader of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) Jinan Engine Company manufacturing department, Song Xiuqin, the senior engineer of the technology department of CNHTC Research Institute, and related people visited the ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) to research and communicate. Dai Hongxing, deputy general manager of our company, and Xu Aimei, project manager, received the guests. The purpose of this visit is to review the development process of combined camshaft, and inspect and verify the production preparation of the newly developed products of the supplier.

        At the exchange meeting, manager Dai Hongxing introduced the general situation of the company, the present situation and future development plan of the combined camshaft in detail, and deeply discussed on the camshaft quality control means, the control of important technical parameters and the application of cutting-edge technologies that customers care about. After the meeting, Xu Aimei, the project manager, accompanied the guests to visit the company's combined camshaft workshop, metalworking workshop, precision laboratory and production line. After the visit, the customers spoke highly of the on-site management and production layout of ASIMCO Camshaft, and appreciated our processing capacity and quality control means. The on-site visual management, process error-proofing application and product packaging process traceability were also recognized.

        In the next two days, the leader of CNHTC Jinan Engine Company conducted a detailed audit on the production site and processing process of Z products, and made a detailed inspection on process implementation, control of important parameters, equipment and tooling management, etc. The customer affirmed us, and at the same time, he also put forward some guiding suggestions on the control of on-site production process and the quantification of inspection records.

        After the audit and communication, the leader of CNHTC Jinan Engine Company expressed their confidence and high hopes for ASIMCO Camshaft, and they will pay attention to the capacity allocation of the combined camshaft of CNHTC in the follow-up. They also hope that we can do a good job of benchmarking before mass production and make full preparations for the subsequent mass production.
