I. Scope and Conditions of Warranty

‌ Anti-counterfeiting verification ‌
Laser security labels must be purchased and verified through official channels; products obtained through unofficial channels are not covered under warranty.
‌ Abnormal Wear Determination ‌
Rapid wear caused by material defects is eligible for quality inspection; however, wear resulting from aggressive driving or the mixed use of brake pads made from different materials is not covered under the warranty.

II. Replacement Standards

‌ Thickness threshold ‌
- The new pad has a thickness of approximately 15 mm; when it wears down to 3–5 mm (less than one-third of its original thickness), it must be replaced immediately.
- Due to the regenerative braking feature, electric vehicles are recommended to undergo inspection every 30,000 kilometers; however, their actual service life may be even longer.
‌ Abnormal signal ‌
- Metal friction noise occurs (high-frequency squeal or low-frequency rumble).
- The brake pedal travel has noticeably increased, or braking performance has decreased.
- Dashboard brake warning indicator (available on select models)

III. Supporting Maintenance and Servicing Requirements

‌ Mandatory Replacement Items ‌
- Severely worn brake rotors must be replaced simultaneously; the use of new brake pads alone is prohibited.
- New energy vehicles must use dedicated brake kits (e.g., the Beyond series, which includes corrosion-resistant coated brake discs).
‌ Regular maintenance ‌
- Inspect the condition of brake discs/pads every 15,000 kilometers.
- Brake fluid must be replaced regularly; refer to the vehicle manual for the recommended interval.

IV. Special Precautions

‌ Material compatibility ‌
The NAO ceramic formulation cannot be directly substituted for semi-metallic brake pads; a complete brake system upgrade is required.
‌ Installation Specifications ‌
Operation by non-professional technicians may void the warranty; maintenance of the wheel cylinder requires the use of a dedicated lubricant.
