Recently, ASIMCO Camshaft welcomed a team of teachers and students from the 2026 class of the Mechatronics Department of Yizheng Technical College for a two-month work-study alternating practical training program. The students will go deep into the company’s production front line, systematically participate in on-the-job practice, and effectively integrate theoretical knowledge with actual production.
To ensure the smooth implementation of this work-study program, the company’s Human Resources Department, in close collaboration with the Production Department, has developed a systematic training plan. During the pre-assignment phase, specialized training sessions will be conducted on corporate culture, workplace safety, and equipment operation procedures, helping students quickly acclimate to the work environment and develop a strong professional mindset.
During the internship, the company assigns a skilled mentor to each student and collaborates with school faculty to provide comprehensive guidance on technical skills, professional conduct, and safety protocols. Over the next two months, students will participate in real-world production tasks as “probationary employees,” engaging in activities such as part machining, process optimization, and project support, thereby enhancing their overall capabilities through hands-on experience.
