Thanks to the concerted efforts of everyone, the company’s sales and output value both reached new monthly record highs in March. Despite the lack of improvement in the market, the company’s sales for the first quarter increased by nearly 10% year-on-year, marking a strong start to the year. This achievement is attributable to the company leadership’s scientific organization, overall planning, and implementation of multiple measures; to the dedication and hard work of frontline employees who have put in extra hours to perform their duties conscientiously; to the workshop management team’s unwavering commitment to the production front line and their timely coordination and resolution of issues arising during production; and to the proactive service and support provided by various functional departments to the production site. As the saying goes, “A good beginning is half the battle.” We must ensure that no order is left unfulfilled and do our utmost to meet customer needs. In the new year, customers continue to raise higher and stricter requirements, which calls for us to constantly enhance our sense of responsibility and operational skills—especially the “craftsman spirit” of frontline employees—to produce products that are precise, meticulous, and reliable, so that our customers can use them with confidence and satisfaction. With the right leadership at the corporate level and the joint efforts of all employees, we at ASIMCO Camshaft are confident, determined, and capable of fulfilling the annual business plan and making due contributions to the company’s stable and healthy development!
