In the golden autumn of October, during the national holiday celebrating National Day, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. held the 2021 Family Open Day event on the morning of October 5 to express gratitude for the dedication and companionship of all employees and to thank their families for their understanding and support.
The event officially kicked off at 8:00 a.m. The first stop for employees was the sign-in wall at the entrance, where they left their signatures. Some also took the initiative to pick up national flags and little heart-shaped stickers from the workstations and affixed them to their foreheads and chests—after all, patriotism and loyalty to the Party have always been our most steadfast convictions. Families strolled along the company’s main thoroughfare, adorned with national flags and lanterns, as employees enthusiastically introduced the sights to their loved ones, their faces aglow with the festive hues of Chinese red. On the day of the event, two “factory treasures”—Brown Bear and Little Yellow Duck—were on hand at the entrance to welcome and guide visitors, creating a sense of novelty and cuteness that delighted everyone, especially the children. The little ones eagerly engaged in interactive fun, vying to take photos with the mascots, while the “factory treasures” handed out colorful balloons and plush toys to the youngsters.
Upon arriving at the main venue, Nie Xiaojing, Head of Human Resources, provided a detailed overview of the event and extended a warm welcome to all employees and their families in attendance. General Manager Chen Aiguo then delivered a welcoming address, expressing his gratitude for the families’ visit to the factory. He emphasized that the support of employees’ families is a strong backing that enables our staff to perform their duties effectively, and encouraged everyone to actively participate in the upcoming activities. He also expressed his hope for the continued, unwavering support and assistance from families in the future. Following this, accompanied by volunteers, the families toured the production areas in an orderly manner, gaining a direct and profound understanding of their loved ones’ working environment and job responsibilities. Meanwhile, the children stood in awe before the machine tools, their eyes wide with wonder as they marveled at the “green giants” one after another. After the tour, the families gathered in the food area to enjoy delicious desserts and fresh fruit, taking a brief rest in the designated lounge to recharge.
Next came the much-anticipated game segment. Even before the competition began, the atmosphere was already buzzing with excitement. Each game was thoroughly entertaining, and the contestants’ witty gestures and antics frequently had the audience in stitches, filling the venue with a joyful and lively vibe. Both the winners and all participants received thoughtfully prepared prizes and gifts from the company.
During the specially arranged “A Letter to You” reading segment of the event, three employee representatives, under the eager gaze of everyone present, read aloud their heartfelt gratitude to their families. Their sincere and unadorned words deeply moved and touched the hearts of the family members, creating a truly heartfelt confession that could only be shared in such a beautiful and warm setting.
Deep, heartfelt companionship often speaks louder than a thousand words. Our company has created just such an opportunity, allowing employees and their families to spend a joyful time together. This event skillfully blends team culture with family values: the family is the safe harbor where loved ones find rest, and it serves as the backbone of corporate growth.
