The core of corporate competition lies in technical talent, which serves as the driving force behind scientific and technological advancement. In order to actively explore the talent cultivation path for intelligent manufacturing, on the afternoon of October 20, 2021, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. and the Mechatronics Training Center of Yizheng Technician College held the opening ceremony for the first order-based training program for maintenance electricians. Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nie Xiaojing, Director of the Human Resources Department of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., along with trainees from the program; Mr. Zhu Bo, Director of the Social Training Department of the college; and Mr. Sun Suyang, Director of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, together with Deputy Directors Mr. Chen Jun and Section Chief Mao Danhong.

This training course is titled “Automatic Control Systems.” To ensure the smooth delivery of the program, both the university and the enterprise undertook thorough preparatory work in advance, conducting multiple rounds of discussions on all training-related matters. The training content was adjusted several times to align with actual needs, ultimately settling on a schedule of one session per week over a nearly three-month period.

At the opening ceremony, Director Nie Xiaojing emphasized the key points for the training, urging all employees to strictly adhere to the training rules, study diligently, seek guidance humbly, and strive to complete the learning tasks with perseverance.

This training program adheres to the principles of practicality and effectiveness, enabling participants to apply what they have learned in their day-to-day work. The nine trainees expressed great appreciation for the opportunity to take part in such a program and extended their sincere gratitude to the company for meticulously organizing this on-site course, which brought back fond memories of their student days. They all pledged to cherish this learning opportunity, gain valuable insights, and strive to build stronger capabilities that will contribute to both their personal growth and the continued development of the company.
