Successful Outcomes of School-Enterprise Cooperation – ASIMCO Camshaft Electrical Skills Enhancement Training Course Concludes Successfully

On the morning of January 23, 2022, the graduation ceremony for the ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. Maintenance Electrician Skills Enhancement Training was successfully held in Conference Room 901 of the Graphic and Information Building at Yizheng Technician College.
Ji Youqun, Deputy General Manager of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., Qian Jun, Director of Administration and HR, Nie Xiaojing, Director of the HR Department, Yin Weiguo, Vice President of Yizheng Technician College, Sun Suyang, Head of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, and Sun Longgao, Senior Teacher, all attended the graduation ceremony.
At the closing ceremony, Mr. Sun Suyang, Director of the School’s Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, delivered a speech on behalf of the school, congratulating all the trainees of this maintenance electrician training course on their successful completion. He also expressed gratitude to ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. for its trust and support in the training program, and looked forward to deepening cooperation in the future—particularly in areas such as cultivating and enhancing the core skills of enterprise technical blue-collar workers and improving employees’ professional ethics—so as to effectively fulfill the institution’s role in serving enterprises. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Yujun, as the representative of the trainees, presented a summary report on the training, expressing the gratitude of all participants to both the company and the school for jointly providing a platform for employees to enhance their knowledge and skills. Finally, Mr. Qian Jun, Director of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., took the floor and fully commended the achievements of all the trainees in this session. He stated that although the training has come to an end, learning is a lifelong process. We should take this training course as an opportunity to apply the instructors’ knowledge and teaching methods to practical work, continuously learn, accumulate experience, and constantly improve our own knowledge and capabilities.
At the end of the graduation ceremony, Mr. Ji Youqun, Deputy General Manager of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., and Ms. Yin, Vice President of Yizheng Technical College, jointly presented the trainees with their graduation certificates and took commemorative photos with all the trainees.
This training program is the first professional skills training project conducted by ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. in an order-based format. It lasted for three months and comprised eight sessions. All trainees completed their studies with diligent effort and achieved excellent results, paving a new path for cultivating enterprise-specific skilled personnel in the future.
“Dreams reside in the heart, and creation lies in our hands!” We are confident that every participant in this training program will, in the days to come, be wiser and more accomplished than they are today.
