ASIMCO Camshaft’s “Upgraded Version of the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certification” Project Officially Launched

On February 24, ASIMCO Camshaft held the kickoff meeting for the “Upgraded Standardization Project of the Integration Management System for Informatization and Industrialization,” which was attended by the company’s leadership, heads of various departments, internal auditors, and experts from Wuxi ISO Certification Consulting Co., Ltd., the consulting firm for the integration of informatization and industrialization.
During the meeting, the mentor from Aisuo Consulting provided a detailed explanation of the “Two-Integration Standardization 2.0”: this framework is a systematic architecture and set of methodologies that center on capability to drive digital transformation; it is value- and benefit-oriented, establishing a comprehensive implementation methodology for digital transformation based on the Two-Integration Management System; drawing on the advanced nature and maturity of digital transformation, it adopts a tiered and categorized approach to develop a series of methodological tools for tiered standardization and tiered assessment, with the development of new capabilities as the core focus; and it offers end-to-end digital transformation services—covering everything from problem identification to solution implementation—to help enterprises effectively carry out innovation activities around digital transformation and realize transformational value. In addition, the mentor reported on the criteria, procedures, and timeline for achieving AAA-level certification under the upgraded Two-Integration Management System, while committing to delivering the upgraded standardization project to the highest standards and with the highest quality. The mentor further pledged to provide relevant training services alongside the completion of the standardization work, thereby ensuring the effective implementation of the upgraded Two-Integration Management System.
General Manager Chen Aiguo expressed his gratitude for the services provided by the consulting firm. He stated that digital transformation is an inevitable path for corporate development, and that implementing the upgraded version of the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System can comprehensively align universal methodologies with the company’s specific management processes, standardize and continuously control the relevant processes of informatization and industrialization integration (information technology development), help the company build the new capabilities it has identified in the context of an informationized environment, and thereby establish sustainable competitive and collaborative advantages. The company first passed the assessment for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System back in 2018; this latest initiative to implement the upgraded version of the system is aimed at consolidating the achievements already attained, addressing challenges encountered during the company’s development, ensuring the effective execution of its corporate strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and guaranteeing the smooth and successful completion of its digital transformation.
General Manager Chen has instructed all departments to study diligently and integrate Standard 2.0 into their daily operations, ensuring that the company’s IT–Industrial Integration Management System is established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved. This will enable the systematic advancement of digital transformation initiatives, thereby consistently delivering tangible digital transformation results and enhancing the enterprise’s competitiveness.
