Hard Training in the Off-season to Empower Team Growth — ASIMCO Camshaft Launches a Series of Management-themed Video Learning

Currently, the commercial vehicle market, especially the heavy-truck market, is experiencing a sharp decline, making the business situation extremely challenging for enterprises. In the face of the persistently sluggish market conditions, ASIMCO Camshaft is responding to market changes by optimizing production organization, intensifying new-product development, conducting employee training programs, striving to tap potential and reduce consumption, and strengthening internal capabilities.
As we accelerate our market expansion and the trend—and challenges—of transitioning toward high-precision, intelligent operations continue to grow, it is increasingly important for us to foster a culture of efficient collaboration, build collective consensus, enhance operational efficiency, and respond swiftly to all customer needs. In March 2022, the Human Resources Department organized a series of video-based management training sessions, which were attended by key personnel from the Technology, Equipment, and Production departments, as well as employees hired over the past two years.
This video training program is divided into four series: “How to Build a High-Performing Team,” “Effective Communication,” “Organizational Change and Culture,” and “Eleven Common Misconceptions in Chinese Management.” The courses shared are closely aligned with our day-to-day work, featuring real-world case studies, practical methodologies, and key conceptual frameworks that are easy to remember and apply. By embedding profound principles in everyday tasks and staying true to the realities of the enterprise, the program resonates deeply with participants and delivers tangible results. The first phase kicked off with the “How to Build a High-Performing Team” module. After several sessions, participants gained a deep understanding: corporate growth hinges on high-performing teams. Only by fully harnessing team spirit—aligning minds and pooling efforts—can we achieve success in every endeavor, truly embodying the saying, “When brothers unite, their strength can cut through metal!”
While conducting management training, production and workshop teams did not take a passive approach; instead, they rigorously implemented training programs for multi-skilled frontline positions, effectively strengthening employees’ technical skills, boosting work efficiency, and enabling them to enhance their own value.
