ASIMCO Camshaft’s New ERP Project Successfully Launched

According to ASIMCO Group’s deployment of the digital transformation and upgrade project, following the official launch of the expense control system on April 29 this year, ASIMCO Camshaft officially initiated the new ERP project on May 20 as scheduled. General Manager Chen Aiguo, Project Leader Ren Wenyuan, relevant personnel, and the Tisheng Company project team all attended the launch conference. The launch of this project has accelerated the company’s digital transformation and promoted high-quality enterprise development.
The new ERP system is not merely a software upgrade; it represents a comprehensive re-engineering and optimization of existing business processes. The project team plans to complete the official go-live of the ERP system within approximately four months. During this period, the focus will be on conducting thorough research and analysis and developing detailed process designs across six key areas: master data management, sales management, production management, procurement management, warehouse management, and financial management. Leveraging IT infrastructure, the new ERP system will achieve seamless data integration and interoperability with systems such as the OA system, expense control system, treasury system, financial shared services system, PLM system, and MES, thereby realizing the objectives of refined management data, standardized business processes, enhanced operational efficiency, and standardized governance and control.
Tisheng Company also provided a detailed overview of our company’s development, the software’s key features, and its service delivery mechanisms, enabling all parties to gain a thorough understanding of their robust service framework and the concerted efforts both companies have made to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system. On the eve of the kick-off meeting, Tisheng Company held preliminary discussions and assessments with the respective module leads from our company, reaching consensus and defining the ultimate objectives across all levels. We are confident that, through the joint efforts and close collaboration of both sides, the company’s new ERP system will be successfully launched on schedule.
At the end of the meeting, Li Kaishun, President of ASIMCO Group, and Song Qianru, CFO, expressed their expectations and best wishes for this new Camshaft ERP project via remote call. They believe that with the implementation of the new ERP project, the company will truly achieve timely and effective data and information transmission, integrate financial and business operations, monitor business processes in real time, and receive real-time feedback on operational data such as revenue, cost, funds, and efficiency, thereby elevating the company’s management level to a new height.
