8 month 22 On [date], Sun Guohua, head of the Manufacturing Department at the Sinotruk Engine Plant, and Song Xiuqin, a senior engineer in the Process Engineering Department of the Sinotruk Research Institute, led a delegation. 5 A delegation visited ASIMCO Camshaft for research and exchange, where they were received by Dai Hongxing, Deputy General Manager of the company, Xu Aimei, Project Manager, and others. The main purpose of the visit was to review the development process of the modular Camshaft and to inspect and verify the supplier’s production preparation for the newly developed product.
During the exchange meeting, Deputy General Manager Dai Hongxing gave the guests a detailed introduction to the company’s profile as well as the current status and future development plan of modular Camshaft, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on camshaft quality control methods, control of key technical parameters, and the application of cutting-edge technologies—issues of great concern to the customers. After the meeting, Project Manager Xu Aimei and other colleagues accompanied the guests on a tour of the company’s modular Camshaft workshop, machining workshop, precision laboratory, and production line. Upon completion of the tour, the customers highly praised ASIMCO’s on-site management and production layout for camshafts, commended our machining capabilities and quality control methods, and noted that our on-site visual management, error-proofing applications in processes, and product packaging traceability are all exemplary.

Z A detailed audit was conducted at the product manufacturing site and throughout the processing and production processes, with thorough inspections covering process execution, control of critical parameters, and management of equipment and tooling. While the customer expressed satisfaction with our performance, they also provided several guiding recommendations regarding on-site production process control and the quantification of inspection records.
Through this audit and exchange, the leaders of SINOTRUK expressed great confidence in ASIMCO’s Camshaft and high expectations for it. They will pay close attention to our capacity allocation for SINOTRUK’s modular Camshaft and hope that we will conduct benchmarking before mass production to make full preparations for subsequent mass production. We believe that the future cooperation between the two sides will only get better and reach new heights. 。
