ASIMCO Camshaft Obtains AAA-Level Certification for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System

Recently, ASIMCO Camshaft successfully obtained the AAA-level certification for the integration management system of informatization and industrialization, becoming the 247th company nationwide to pass the AAA-level certification for the integration management system of informatization and industrialization.
The management system for the integration of informatization and industrialization (hereinafter referred to as “the integration of the two”) is a set of enterprise The digital transformation methodology system that can be used as a reference for implementation is a systematic framework designed to ensure the coordinated advancement of enterprise strategy, operations, technology, and management. It also serves to stimulate the development of the market for standardization consulting, solution provision, and assessment services. It is a guiding system for the healthy operation of the integration of informatization and industrialization, and also China’s first management system standard that covers the entire scope, all elements, and the entire process of this integration. Moreover, it serves as a systematic methodology for enterprises to build core competitive capabilities in the information age.
In 2021, an upgraded version of the Two-Integration Management System was launched, establishing a system architecture and methodological framework that is value- and benefit-oriented, data-driven, and centered on the development of new capabilities, thereby systematically advancing digital transformation. This initiative has also led to the refinement of a comprehensive methodology for implementing digital transformation based on the Two-Integration Management System. Drawing on the advanced nature and maturity of digital transformation, the system adopts a tiered and categorized approach to standardization and certification—specifically, tiered compliance assessments and tiered evaluations (with AAA-level certification representing the highest certification level currently available under the Two-Integration Management System). In addition, a suite of methodological tools has been developed to provide end-to-end digital transformation services, spanning from problem identification to solution implementation, thus supporting enterprises in effectively conducting innovation activities around digital transformation and consistently realizing transformational value. The key characteristics of this approach are a focus on transformation, an emphasis on capability building, tiered and categorized implementation, and comprehensive, end-to-end service delivery.
In January 2022, ASIMCO Camshaft initiated the implementation of the upgraded integration of informatization and industrialization standardization system. All departments of the company collaborated closely, focusing on the company’s development plan and strategic objectives. Adhering to the principle of “overall planning, steady advancement, efficiency-driven, and integrated development” for the integration of informatization and industrialization, and taking into account changes in both the internal and external environments, the company identified its sustainable competitive and cooperative advantages, continuously standardized system operations, and strived to build “AAA-level digital R&D, design, and manufacturing integrated control capabilities related to value-creation carriers and processes.” Ultimately, the company successfully passed the expert panel review and received unanimous recommendation from experts of the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Service Alliance for certification.
The attainment of AAA certification this time is a recognition of ASIMCO Camshaft’s digital transformation and upgrading efforts, and it also ushers in a new chapter for the company’s management innovation and technological advancement.
