On the afternoon of February 25, 2023, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. organized a number of single young employees to participate in a social gathering and friendship event co-hosted by the Yizheng Municipal Party Committee, the Trade Union, and the Women’s Federation, with a total of 30 employees from various enterprises and institutions taking part in the event.
Before the event began, young employees randomly drew numbered tickets at the registration desk, and the host then assigned them to groups. The program featured a variety of interactive activities, including quiz contests with prizes, sharing sessions on social etiquette, the “Rabbit Dance,” and fun mini-games, all designed to foster mutual understanding and bring participants closer together through open communication. The final segment—guessing songs based on audio clips—brought the atmosphere to a thrilling climax. After the event concluded, relationship coaches held one-on-one conversations with the young participants, encouraging them to exchange contact information with those they were interested in and to bravely express their feelings.
The company not only cares about the career development of young employees but also their family well-being. This event has not only provided a platform for single young employees to meet and get to know one another, but has also helped rally the youthful energy that will drive the company’s future growth.
