In the vibrant month of March, all things come back to life. As International Women’s Day on March 8th approaches, the Human Resources Department of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. specially organized a pre-retirement celebration, inviting female employees who are set to retire in the next three years to attend a symposium. The event was held to express gratitude for their hard work and dedication, with tea, snacks, and gifts thoughtfully prepared. Twelve female employees gathered in Conference Room 111, thoroughly delighted by the warm and welcoming decorations and applauding enthusiastically.

During the tea party session, everyone recalled the scene when they first joined Camshaft, and their expectations and aspirations for work were still vivid in their minds. From the past to the present, life has been getting better and better, with improvements in both the working environment and income and benefits. When it came to the company union’s annual health check-ups for female employees and the Women’s Day benefits, everyone expressed that they truly felt the company’s care and concern. As they thought about approaching retirement, a sense of reluctance showed in their eyes.
