Top 100 Global Automotive Parts Suppliers for 2023

Automotive News has released its 2023 Top 100 Global Automotive Parts Suppliers ranking, based on each manufacturer’s 2022 automotive OEM revenue. Bosch, Denso, ZF, and Magna once again secured the top four spots. Chinese company CATL made its debut in the top ten, landing at fifth place.

With the rapid growth of the global electric-vehicle market, for the first time a number of major EV-battery manufacturers have made the list. This year’s ranking includes 11 new entrants: CATL, Aptiv, Samsung SDI, Adient, Joyson Electronics, STMicroelectronics, Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics, Nifco, Jingcheng Industrial Automotive Systems, Autokiniton, and Autoliv. Several larger component suppliers were not included on the list because they did not submit the required data.

Japan tops the list with 22 companies, followed by the United States with 18 and Germany with 15. China (including Hong Kong) has 13 firms in the top 100: CATL (No. 5), Yanfeng (No. 17), Joyson Electronics (No. 40), Beijing Hainachuan (No. 48), CITIC Dicastal (No. 50), Johnson Electric (No. 76), Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics (No. 78), Minth Group (No. 82), Nobo Automotive Systems (No. 84), Desay SV (No. 89), Jingcheng Engineering Automotive Systems (No. 93), Ningbo Top Group (No. 94), and Anhui Zhongding Sealing Components (No. 95).
