Persist in Striving and Create Dreams —— A Report on the 2023 Performance Review Meeting of ASIMCO Camshaft Engineering Technical Personnel

On March 26, 2024, the 2023 Performance Review Meeting for Engineering and Technical Personnel, organized under the leadership of the Human Resources Department, was held in Conference Room 205, the Multi-Function Hall. The theme of this review meeting was “Striving—As Long as We Persevere, Our Dreams Will Always Come True!” A judging panel consisting of nine leaders and senior executives from relevant departments participated in the evaluation and scoring process, while also inviting the newly hired interns of the class of 2024 to attend as observers to learn from the proceedings.
Prior to the meeting, Executive Vice President Qian Jun delivered the opening address. He expressed full confidence and high hopes for all technical personnel, encouraging young employees to think boldly and strive relentlessly. He pledged to provide the highest-quality opportunities for professional growth, enabling our young colleagues to advance steadily and energetically on their respective career paths.
All presenters were assigned to speak in the order determined by a random draw, and each took the stage in turn to report on three key areas: first, the achievement of 2023 performance targets and priority tasks; second, the challenges and problems encountered in 2023 along with corresponding improvement measures; and third, the objectives and action plans for 2024. Within the limited time available, the engineers objectively assessed their accomplishments and lessons learned over the past year, conducted an in-depth analysis of existing shortcomings and issues, and, in alignment with the department’s business plan, formulated the work plan and project metrics for the coming year. The succession of work experiences and sets of project data displayed on the screen vividly illustrated the tireless efforts made by each engineer day and night to deliver successful process projects.
At the end of the meeting, Chief Engineer Li Yunlei delivered a concluding speech. She acknowledged and highly praised the engineers’ hard work over the past year, and expressed her hope that everyone present would take the past as a benchmark, persist in maintaining a positive work attitude, and continue to achieve new successes. The company will also provide every technician with a development path that matches their personality without reservation, encouraging young people to shine in their respective positions and injecting a constant stream of vitality into the accelerated development of Camshaft.
