On May 29, 2024, the Yizheng Development Zone led a delegation from the Weihai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Shandong Province on a visit to the smart workshop of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. In order to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises, integrate multiple management systems, and make better use of data analytics for systematic maintenance and fault diagnosis of production workshops and equipment, ASIMCO Camshaft has made unremitting efforts over many years to deploy intelligent equipment and information systems, achieving virtual-real integration and synchronized resonance, thereby driving production toward “newness” and elevating development to “quality.”

During this visit, Executive Vice President Qian Jun extended a warm welcome to the CPPCC delegation and arranged for the Head of Digitalization and the Head of TPM to provide a comprehensive on-site briefing throughout the tour. The tour encompassed Areas 1 and 4 of the gold-processing facility, where multiple automated production lines are in operation, demonstrating highly efficient collaboration and intelligent management across all process stages.
