Forge the Course Toward the Future; Uphold Party Discipline in Our Hearts

To celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to enhance party spirit cultivation and the sense of struggle, on June 18, 2024, all party members of the CPC ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. Party Branch visited Meiyuan New Village and the Memorial Hall of the Victory of Crossing the Yangtze River, seeking out the countless towering and glorious figures from those turbulent years and gaining a profound understanding of the fearless and dedicated revolutionary spirit.
The Memorial Hall of the CPC Delegation at Meiyuan New Village comprises the former office site of the CPC Delegation, the Exhibition Hall of Historical Materials on the KMT–CPC Nanjing Negotiations, a bronze statue of Zhou Enlai, the Zhou Enlai Library, and other components, and is classified as a modern and contemporary historical site and a revolutionary memorial building. As the docent eloquently recounted the history, Party members not only gained a profound appreciation for the arduousness of China’s revolutionary victory but were also inspired to learn from Comrade Zhou Enlai—emulating his courage in shouldering responsibility, his willingness to confront contradictions head-on, his skill in resolving problems, his spirit of unity and self-discipline, and his unwavering perseverance.
The exhibition at the Memorial Hall of the Victory of the Yangtze River Crossing is divided into six sections: “Strategic Planning,” “Decisive Battle Across Thousands of Miles,” “Unity Between the Military and the People,” “Unswerving Commitment to Revolution,” and “Witnessing Victory.” During the visit, Party members carefully read the accompanying textual explanations and were deeply moved by the martyrs’ courageous spirit of relentless struggle, naturally inspiring profound respect for the triumph of this solemn campaign. The exhibition lasted three hours, during which participants revisited the grand and momentous Yangtze River Crossing Campaign and gained a deeper appreciation of the enduring significance of this red classic in today’s era.
Staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind, all Party members of the branch have consistently upheld their political convictions, continuously enhanced their political literacy, and strived to fulfill their mission in accordance with the standards for Party members in the new era.
