Setting Sail with the Team, Building the Corporate Ship — ASIMCO Camshaft’s Eighth Outward Bound Training Session Held Successfully

Due to the continuous expansion of the company’s new-product business, we have recruited 27 high-caliber talents over the past two years. However, some of these newly hired employees have yet to fully develop professional competencies. To boost overall morale and enhance college graduates’ sense of responsibility, communication skills, and innovative thinking, we conducted thorough planning and deliberation and, on October 19, 2024, partnered with Yangzi Ingmar to organize a one-day team-building and development program for our new college recruits at Zao Lin Mountain Villa in Yizheng.
Objectives of this event
1. Cultivate a proactive communication mindset and learn effective team communication skills.
2. Break with convention, re-examine yourself, and enhance your creative thinking skills.
3. Enhance trainees’ mutual understanding and awareness, and foster greater trust and tolerance within the team.
4. Foster a spirit of unity, strengthen team cohesion, and instill the belief that collective strength is the key to victory.
This training session featured a variety of activities, including an ice-breaking exercise, a frisbee carnival, a Monopoly-style game, archery tag competitions, and dodgeball contests. Amid a joyful and competitive atmosphere, team members gave their all to fight for their team’s honor, which not only strengthened cohesion among teams but also underscored the importance of collaboration and effective communication, thereby enhancing each participant’s sense of team responsibility.
Through group activities, questioning, scoring, and scenario-based drills, students are guided to independently solve problems. As they compete for the lead, they develop a win-win mindset and a sense of mutual support, learn to appreciate their teammates, and strive wholeheartedly to achieve team goals.
Under the coach’s witty and skillful guidance, the team members devoted themselves wholeheartedly to each stage, demonstrating the Camshaft team’s positive, ambitious, and enterprising spirit. After the event, all team members took a group photo as a memento and expressed their commitment to approaching their work with even greater enthusiasm in the future.
Going forward, the Human Resources Department will continue to serve as a vital bridge and liaison, organize a wider range of engaging and diverse activities, foster a positive and uplifting corporate culture, and drive the robust development of our workforce.
