To enhance the quality and full-process management of its technical team, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. adheres to market and customer needs as its guiding principle, deeply understands the six major tools and audit requirements in the automotive parts industry, and conducted a four-day specialized training on the six major tools of the IATF16949 quality management system on November 26, 2024, achieving excellent results.
In recent years, ASIMCO Camshaft has consistently adhered to the quality policy of “focusing on customer needs, forging excellent quality, implementing continuous improvement, and leading technological innovation,” efficiently advancing the R&D and production of new products. Through specialized training, the six key tools of the IATF16949 quality management system can be fully and proficiently applied in practical work, further optimizing product manufacturing processes and quality management, and comprehensively enhancing core competitiveness such as product quality and process technology!
This course has engaged five senior instructors to provide comprehensive instruction and analysis of core elements, including Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Control Plan (CP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Interactive methods such as presentations and Q&A sessions are used to enhance focus and deepen understanding of the underlying logic and practical applications of these six key tools. Participants are encouraged to consider potential failure modes during the product design phase, and a variety of analytical tools can help identify motion waste and areas for improvement throughout the design process. The principles of efficiency, coordination, and cost reduction are integrated across all stages—product development, manufacturing, and quality control.
Training can help participants master the fundamental concepts and application scope of these tools, as well as develop effective communication and collaborative problem-solving skills with team members in the workplace. This, in turn, enhances the technical team’s overall business capabilities and promotes the efficient operation of the quality management system.
