On the afternoon of December 24, 2024, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. held an annual ceremony to honor retiring employees for 2024. Ren Wenyuan, Secretary of the Party Branch, Du Wenwen, General Manager, and Xu Zhongwang, Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Liu Ting, a member of the Party Committee, presided over the ceremony and read out the retirement documents of eight colleagues, including Lu Ming and Chen Jun.

Xu Zhongwang, Chairman of the Trade Union, stated that the union has prepared exquisite retirement gifts and will continue to advocate within the enterprise that senior colleagues be treated as family—showing them respect in attitude, care in thought, and attentive support in daily life—to foster a strong culture of cherishing and honoring the elderly. He also expressed the hope that younger employees will carry forward the spirit of hard work and continuously open up new prospects for the enterprise.
General Manager Du Wenwen extended her warm congratulations to the retiring colleagues on smoothly embarking on a new chapter in their lives, and expressed her sincerest respect and heartfelt gratitude for their decades of dedicated service. She highly commended their professional competence and unwavering commitment, acknowledged their hard work and contributions in their respective roles, and wished them a comfortable and fulfilling retirement—encouraging them to travel more, explore new places, and maintain both physical and mental well-being.
Finally, the retired comrades took turns to speak, recalling the glorious years of hard work and sharing interesting stories from their posts.
