In order to speed up the construction of skilled personnel and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of skilled personnel, a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation has been actively carried out since November 26, 2021 with the support and guidance of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and a one-year training course on enterprise new apprenticeship has been held in cooperation with Yizheng Technician College. Over the past year, with the active communication and cooperation between the company and the college, a total of 52 training and counseling sessions of professional basic theory and on-site practical skills courses have been completed. With the mode of mentoring and combining work with study, modern information media such as the Internet and WeChat platform have been fully utilized to optimize the training mechanism of skilled personnel and improve the comprehensive quality of employees. 
        On December 3-4, 2022, the new apprenticeship training class jointly organized by ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. and Yizheng Technician College successfully completed the multi-process numerical control lathe adjuster (intermediate) skill level certification examination, and a total of 35 trainees participated in the theoretical and practical examine. In order to do better in this accreditation, the company and the college planned in advance and made careful preparations. We strictly followed the requirements of vocational skill level accreditation in all aspects, such as the formulation of the examination plan, the examination information review, the examination arrangement and the epidemic prevention, seriously implemented it and normatively execute it. The evaluation staff performed their duties, the supervision team strictly supervised it, and the whole examination process was monitored by video. The whole examination process was rigorous and orderly.
        The accreditation of vocational skill level is a test of the effect of the first training course of enterprise's new apprenticeship system. In the future, the company will further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, expand the training of skilled talents, and practically carry out systematic professional training courses in automation, digitalization and intelligence, so that front-line employees can master the advanced production technology and operation skills that enterprises really need, and help enterprises to meet the strategic needs of high-end and intelligent development.
