With the arrival of the New Year and the powerful momentum of the Ox, Camshaft orders have continued to grow due to the market’s relentless surge, resulting in a sharp increase in product demand and a sales growth of over 50%. Sales demand has continuously broken previous records, repeatedly pushing the company’s production capacity to its limits.

In January, the company’s target output value exceeded RMB 30 million for the first time—marking both a new historical milestone and a true litmus test for the entire team. How should staffing be arranged? How should workstations be reallocated? Each of these detailed, granular tasks placed immense pressure on the production team. From company leadership to frontline workers, as well as support departments such as sales, production, engineering, and quality control, and all workshop managers, everyone pooled their ideas and devised targeted solutions. By breaking down production capacity into smaller components, fully leveraging idle time in existing equipment and processes, and making the most of every available moment, while outsourcing bottleneck operations to external contractors and implementing measures like rotating shifts without shutting down equipment, the team strove to maximize output. Meanwhile, the company’s second-tier functions provided full support to frontline production; many second-tier managers were once frontline production staff themselves. Although their roles have changed, they remain deeply committed to production. When certain auxiliary processes faced staffing shortages, second-tier employees stepped up without complaint, serving as the ideal “firepower reinforcement.”
