Since our company was founded, step by step, it has walked through the old-fashioned manual lathe of Industry 1.0 with manually loading and unloading, and continuously developed into Industry 2.0, eliminating and transforming the old-fashioned manual lathe and profile grinding machine, making the enterprise equipment electrified, numerically controlled and scientific!
         In 2014, based on the success that 40Kg bar in C9 preceding working procedure was transformed by using truss manipulator, then we realized automatic running of Viking production line preceding working procedure in 2017, 6D preceding working procedure truss manipulator in 2019, and carrying the sand box in casting shop's shakeout place in 2020. All these have achieved gratifying results, which not only reduced the workload of employees, stabilized the process quality, but also met the needs of saving time, efficiency and manpower, and won unanimous praise from both inside and outside our company, bringing visible economic benefits and invisible social benefits to the company.
         Recently, we have successively transformed and invested in the automation of H1 front lathe truss manipulator, H1 cylindrical grinding and cam milling manipulator, X6D preceding working procedure all lathe automation, including the automation of heat treatment joint manipulator, etc., step by step towards the goal of 80% production automation rate, and MES Ⅱ has also been put into trial operation. The projects of our company's smart factory have been implemented one by one, and it has become an intelligent benchmark in the auto parts industry. In 2022, we won many awards such as "Yangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop", "Jiangsu Intelligent Factory", "Internet Benchmark" and "Mayor Quality Award".
