        In the ACY team, there are such a group of people, who are mobile teams facing difficulties, versatile workers who apply what they have learned, and conscientious first-line management. They always "run" in the positions needed for production and leave a solid "footprint" on the development road of ACY.

Zhou Anlin: It is persistence that makes the ordinary great. 

 
        Zhou Anlin, foundry captain, joined the foundry team of the company in December 2009. He has been responsible and hard-working for decades. In 2010, due to the high failure rate and complicated machine operation of AUTO2 line started by signal switch, the team leader and maintenance worker who were originally in charge of AUTO2 line refused to start the operation equipment, and the production stopped directly. Faced with the situation that the production capacity can't come up, Zhou Anlin took the initiative to learn the related skills of AUTO2 line. With the spirit of hard study and profound safety awareness, he was finally able to skillfully start AUTO2 line and put it into production, and made the machine run well, which effectively guaranteed the output. Later, since there were few forklift workers in the foundry workshop and the product circulation was inconvenient, he taught himself to drive a forklift and obtain a driver's license, and ensured the smooth turnover of casting materials. 

Ding Dajun: Persist in the ordinary, dedicate in the persistence.

 
        Ding Dajun, a versatile metalworking worker, has worked as a grinder in the company for 15 years. He keeps in mind his post responsibilities, strives to improve the output in class, strictly controls the process quality, and never lets a defective product flow into the next process. At ordinary times, he takes the initiative to participate in the training of versatile workers, cooperates with the production arrangement and intersperses with various production lines to complete the task with quality and quantity guaranteed. Adhering to the concept of "unity and cooperation, division of labor without separation", Ding Dajun takes the initiative to take new employees to study, help them adapt to their jobs and master operational skills as soon as possible. Doing all ordinary things well is extraordinary, and doing all simple things well repeatedly is not simple. 

Chen Guochao: Be meticulous in study and keep improving in production. 

        Chen Guochao, a versatile metalworking worker, joined the company in early 2017. From touching the steel axis numerical control lathes in the beginning, to skillfully operating all the equipment in the workshop, Chen Guochao spent six years proving himself, constantly challenging himself and striving to improve his skill level, and became a "lathe master" recognized by colleagues in the workshop. 
At the beginning of 2020, because of the sudden epidemic and home quarantine of most people, the production rhythm of the workshop was disrupted. When the delivery of the Weichai H1 line was difficult, Chen Guochao volunteered to return to his post with the concern of his family, not afraid of hardships and not saying tired, and then effectively guaranteed the delivery of products. 
At the beginning of the transformation to a smart factory, Chen Guochao actively studied the operating procedures of the manipulator and cooperated with the manufacturer to debug and run, thus contributing to the company's automation construction. 

Chen Qianbiao: We have a dream of being a "great national craftsman". 

 
        Chen Qianbiao, as the leader of metalworking H1 line, cooperates with the team leader to complete the production task, actively makes progress in his work, cultivates the ability to solve field problems by himself, and effectively supports the gradual improvement of H1 line capacity. In the company's new apprenticeship training in 2022, he worked hard to improve his skill level, and made outstanding performance in professional training courses. After class, he took the initiative to complete online courses and was rated as a representative of "excellent students" by his tutor. 
        The above four comrades have been rated as "production experts" for five consecutive years by virtue of their outstanding skill level, dedication and sense of safety responsibility.
