In March of spring, all things recover. With International Women's Day in March 8 approaching, the Human Resources Department of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. specially planned a retirement wish activity, invited women employees who were about to retire within three years to participate in the symposium, thanked them for their efforts and dedication in their work, and carefully prepared refreshments and gifts. Twelve women employees gathered in the conference room 111, deeply surprised by the warm arrangement at the scene, and applauded this activity. 
        During the tea party, everyone recalled the scene when they first arrived at the ASIMCO Camshaft company, and their expectations and longings for work were still vivid in their mind. From the past to the present, life is getting better and better, both the working environment and the income and treatment are improving. When it came to the annual inspection of women employees and the welfare of Women's Day organized by the company's trade unions, everyone expressed that they could really feel the care of the company. Everyone's eyes were full of reluctance at the thought of coming to retirement. The working time is full and vivid, it is believed that these years of burning passion will still be remembered after their retirement.
