In order to improve the technical level of production management and the informatization level of our company, the MES phase II Project of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. is in full swing. 
        In mid-April, 2023, the equipment routine inspection function of MES has been launched. Workers can complete equipment inspection and maintenance data input through the industrial control computer in the workshop, and take production reporting control for equipments that has not been inspected. This function realizes paperless equipment inspection function, realizes equipment inspection and leakage prevention, and will contribute to the stability of equipment in the manufacturing process. 
        The next step of MES Phase II Project will focus on single-piece flow and process leakage prevention. "Quality is the bottom line for the survival of enterprises", so we launched the ZDM system in 2019 to control the product processing flow. On the basis of ZDM system, single-piece flow and process leakage prevention establish a life cycle for each product with stricter and more precise control, so as to realize the whole production process to be visible, traceable and controllable, and ensure that product manufacturing runs smoothly and reliably under controlled conditions to maintain quality and quantity. 
        There are many difficulties and pain points in the implementation of MES system. We and our partners have overcome them one by one to ensure the successful implementation of MES project, actively promote the digital transformation of ASIMCO Camshaft, realize lean production and fine management, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and help our company become a benchmark for digital and intelligent manufacturing.
