In order to cultivate and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of project managers, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. conducted a two-day off-line training on "Process and Project Management of Auto Parts Development" in Room 205 of the company on April 8-9, 2023. This training course was planned and implemented by the Human Resources Department, which participated in the whole process. More than 30 management backbones and engineers and technicians participated in this training. 
Training teacher Chen Xinchun developed ten modules to give lectures according to the work sections and business scope of the trainees: 
①　Quality management system and development process; 
②　Project management system and project management of automobile industry; 
③　The start-up stage of a project; 
④　APQP and project plan (WBS); 
⑤　Effective organization of the project and the project team; 
⑥　Supplier collaborative management; 
⑦　Project risk management; 
⑧　Effective control of the project implementation process; 
⑨　Communication and management of auto parts projects; 
⑩　Change management of auto parts projects and closing of research and development projects, etc. 
        Teacher Chen's training content is mainly practical operation, focusing on standardized processes and case analysis to help trainees apply what they have learned and master practical skills of project management. The training made the trainees fully understand and master the theory, methods, tools and skills of project management, improve the ability to identify and respond to project risks, optimize project management plans and methods, and improve the efficiency and quality of project management. 
Through the point-based competition of five groups, the trainees’ enthusiasm and initiative in class were mobilized. After two days of study and interaction, the trainees gained knowledge and experience. Combining their own work, they integrate the learned project management methods with their future work, and apply the training results to the actual work. The training concluded successfully, and Mr. Chen presented prizes to the trainees and groups who performed well and scored high points during the training. 

         Excellent Students Reflections: According to the case analysis provided by the teacher, we can skillfully apply the Five Tools, WBS, fishbone diagram, Smart principle, 8D and other theoretical tools to the project development process. A good beginning is half the battle. As qualified project managers, we must always pay attention to customer requirements, do a good job in feasibility analysis, set up a complementary and smooth communication project team, avoid risks and maximize the interests of the company.
