ASIMCO Camshaft Grassroots Team Leader QC Group Activity Sharing Meeting Held Successfully

On March 25, the TPM Promotion Office convened a summary and sharing session on last year’s QC group activities among frontline team leaders. Representatives from relevant departments, including Engineering, Quality, the Foundry Workshop, and the Machining Workshop, attended the meeting. Wang Peiquan, head of the TPM Promotion Office, summarized the performance of each group from three perspectives—team participation, project completion, and report quality—and commended the active involvement and improvements achieved during the group activities. He also pointed out areas for improvement and highlighted aspects that require further enhancement, encouraging all participants to continue their efforts and pursue continuous improvement in future initiatives. Study the Party’s History, Gain Insight into Its Ideology

On April 20, 2021, the Party branch of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. held a conference on studying the history of the Party, with 15 on-duty Party members participating in the study activity and actively responding to General Secretary Xi’s call: “Study history to understand principles, strengthen faith, cultivate morality, and put knowledge into practice.” At the meeting, the ideological guidelines for Party building work in April were read out: all Communist Party members should demonstrate absolute loyalty by “following the Party wholeheartedly,” a people-oriented commitment by “taking the people’s interests as their own,” and a fighting spirit of “pressing forward despite difficulties,” so that the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics will become ever broader, and outstanding achievements will be presented to mark the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. ASIMCO Camshaft Wins Nanjing Iveco B+ Level Supplier Recognition

On April 9, 2021, Nanjing Iveco Automobile Co., Ltd. held its 2020 Supplier Procurement Annual Meeting in Nanjing, where ASIMCO Camshaft was honored as a B+–level supplier for 2020 by Nanjing Iveco. Since 1993, ASIMCO Camshaft has been the exclusive supplier of Camshafts for SOFIM engines to Nanjing Iveco. Over nearly three decades of collaboration, our products have earned high recognition from the customer in terms of both quality and delivery. ASIMCO Camshaft’s outstanding performance with the customer has enabled us to successfully secure the contract for the combined Camshaft project for Nanjing Iveco’s F1A/F1C engines. Currently, the combined Camshaft for the F1C model is already in mass supply, while the combined Camshaft for the F1A model has officially passed the customer’s PPAP review. In the second half of the year, Nanjing Iveco plans to replace all existing imported products with ASIMCO’s F1A/F1C combined Camshafts. When developing new projects at Nanjing Iveco, being a B+–level supplier is a mandatory qualification. ASIMCO Camshaft College Students’ Winter Solstice Team-Building Activity

“Another Winter Solstice has arrived, and dumplings are a must on this day.” The Winter Solstice is a traditional Chinese festival. As the holiday approaches, ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. organized a team-building activity titled “Welcoming the Winter Solstice with Joy: Happy Dumpling Wrapping” to enliven the cultural life of college students, strengthen the cohesion of the technical team, let the students feel the warmth of the group, and promote China’s traditional food culture. The event began with two experienced colleagues demonstrating several common methods of wrapping dumplings and sharing some handy tips. Students were then divided into five groups, each assigned a different filling. The team that managed to wrap the most dumplings within the allotted time would win. At first, everyone was a bit clumsy and wrapped the dumplings very carefully; as they gained more experience, their techniques improved, and soon they were producing beautifully shaped dumplings. Throughout the dumpling-wrapping process, laughter and cheerful chatter filled the air as participants exchanged tips and tricks, competing to see whose dumplings looked the best while sharing amusing stories from their daily work. In this warm and friendly atmosphere, one after another dumpling—symbolizing family reunion and happiness—was created. At the end of the event, the “perfectly shaped” dumplings were selected, cooked, and served to various workshops as a gesture of care for frontline workers on night shift. These steaming hot dumplings not only warmed the bodies and minds of the employees, relieving their fatigue, but also brought colleagues closer together, allowing them to feel the warmth of the Camshaft team and warding off the chill of winter. The workers expressed their heartfelt gratitude, their faces beaming with genuine appreciation. Through this dumpling-wrapping activity, everyone experienced the joy of teamwork, strengthened bonds among colleagues, and enhanced students’ sense of belonging. With everyone working together in harmony and with sincere cooperation, they celebrated an unforgettable Winter Solstice.
